Localization extends beyond translated menus. Try long Arabic names, mixed-language fields and international phone numbers. Review column order, alignment and mobile notifications. Ask an Arabic-speaking colleague to complete a task unaided to expose comprehension problems.
Review the accepted proposal and discussion outcomes before kickoff. State expected deliverables, exclusions and decision owners on both sides. Resolve differing interpretations now rather than discovering them near delivery.
Ask what the customer is trying to achieve, what blocks them and which alternatives they tried. Request a recent example rather than accepting a broad desire for better organization. Examples expose the people, data and dependencies a solution must address.
