Naffes CRM is a Saudi customer relationship management product, built Arabic-first for sales and service teams in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf, with deals, conversations and follow-up in one place.

Who we are

We are a Saudi team building a CRM around how companies in the region actually work: customers who reach out on WhatsApp more than email, teams that switch between Arabic and English, and invoicing and data-protection rules with clear local requirements. We started from those facts instead of translating a product designed for another market.

Hundreds of companies rely on Naffes CRM today. A team of more than 15 developers keeps improving it, driven by what customers ask for in their daily work.

  • Local Content: Naffes is the first Saudi CRM certified under the Local Content program, which matters to organizations with localization requirements in their technology purchasing.
  • Saudi Tech: Naffes is an accredited Saudi technology product under the Saudi Tech program.
