Dashboards and reports in Naffes CRM

Naffes CRM shows your core sales numbers the moment you sign in, installs ready-made dashboards for sales, conversations, the team and finance in one click, and lets you build your own reports, export them and email them on a schedule.

Reporting that starts from the manager's questions

Dashboards fail when they show everything and answer nothing. Useful reporting starts from the decisions a manager makes each week: whether the month will land, which deals need a push today, whether new leads and customer messages are answered fast enough, who on the team is actually working the pipeline, and which ad spend turns into revenue.

Naffes covers those decisions at four levels. A home dashboard is ready on day one. Dashboards can be installed from templates or built widget by widget. A report builder produces custom reports you can export and schedule. And each area of the product, from deals to calls to documents, carries its own KPI strip where the work happens.

The home dashboard

  • Open pipeline, with its weighted value.
  • Deals won this month.
  • Win rate, with the average sales cycle.
  • At-risk deals.
  • Below the KPIs: a 6-month revenue trend, rep performance, the top open deals, and widgets for ticket SLA and upcoming meetings.

Amounts are formatted in the workspace currency, and charts follow the light or dark theme each user picks.

Open Insights, then Dashboards, pick a template from the gallery and click install; the board is created with its widgets. To build your own, click New dashboard and add widgets of seven types: KPI, bar, line, donut, table, funnel and leaderboard, each tied to a metric from the catalog. Dashboard-level filters narrow every widget at once, and boards are saved on the server. For a messaging desk, the available metrics include new conversations, waiting and unassigned threads, first human response time, 90th-percentile response time, inbound volume by day and the bot-to-human handoff rate.

Build, export and schedule a report

  1. Create the report

Go to Reports and create a new report. Choose the entity: deals, contacts, companies or activities.

  2. Shape it

Pick a chart type (bar, line, table, funnel or scorecard) and a metric. Count works everywhere; deals also offer total amount, average amount and average health. Set the grouping and the period, then save.

  3. Run and export

Click Run to see the result, or use the download icon to export it as CSV.

  4. Schedule delivery

Click the calendar icon, enter a cron expression such as 0 9 * * MON for a Monday send, add the recipients' emails and save. The expression is read in UTC, so 9:00 in it means 12:00 noon in Riyadh. A scheduler checks every minute and emails reports that are due.

Important

The schedule dialog lists PDF and Excel, but scheduled reports are always delivered as CSV today, and manual PDF or Excel export is not available yet.

KPIs where the work happens

  • Deals: the rail beside the list tracks open and weighted pipeline, this month's wins, win rate and cycle length, the value at risk and how many deals are stuck.
  • Forecast (Pro): team quota against Closed Won, Commit, Best Case and Pipeline, with a card per rep sorted by attainment.
  • Renewals: upcoming, active and closed customer subscriptions.
  • Ad campaigns: spend, impressions, clicks, leads, deals won, revenue, cost per lead and return on ad spend per campaign.
  • Calls: total, completed and missed calls, and talk time.
  • Documents: totals, sent, accepted, acceptance rate and value won.
  • NPS: the score, the promoter, passive and detractor split, and every response.
  • Data Quality (Pro): an overall data health score and the records with gaps.

For people, admins can open any teammate's activity page to see the records they created, changed or deleted and their active time today, this week and overall, with a 14-day trend; time counts only while the CRM tab is visible. On Pro, Naffes Smart can also break down a single person's output for any period you name: messages, deals won and lost, tasks, meetings, calls and notes. Admins can see everyone; other users see only themselves.

What reporting does not do yet

  • Custom dashboards are personal and cannot be shared in the app. Share copies the page URL, and Export downloads the board layout as JSON rather than a PDF or Excel report.
  • Report export and scheduled delivery are CSV only.
  • All money is reported in the single workspace currency, with no conversion.
  • Source-attribution reports and call breakdowns by direction, outcome and day are available through the API only.
  • Email analytics cover a fixed 30 days, have no bounce tracking or average response time (those tiles stay at zero) and count repeat opens in the open rate.
  • Forecasts are stage- and rule-based, not AI predictions.
  • The report builder starts on Starter; forecasting and Data Quality are Pro features. See pricing.

Questions

Questions 4

Can a report arrive in my inbox every week?

Yes. Schedule it with a cron expression such as 0 9 * * MON (read in UTC) and list the recipients. It is delivered as a CSV file.

Can I share a dashboard with my team?

Not inside the app for now: custom dashboards are personal. Each teammate can install the same template from the gallery in one click, so the whole team tracks the same measures.

Which plan includes reports?

The report builder is available from the Starter plan. Forecasting and Data Quality need Pro. The home dashboard shows the core pipeline KPIs as soon as you sign in.

Can Naffes show how active each rep is?

Yes. Admins can open a teammate's activity page for records created, changed or deleted and active time with a 14-day trend, or, on Pro, ask Naffes Smart for one person's performance over a period.
