Install a ready-made dashboard in Naffes CRM
Instead of building metrics one widget at a time, Naffes CRM offers eight ready-made boards, each answering one management question with numbers read live from your workspace. Installing one takes a click; after that it behaves like any other dashboard.
Steps
Open Dashboards
In the sidebar, open Insights → Dashboards (/dashboards).
Open the gallery
Click Report dashboards at the top of the page. Each card in the gallery describes the board and how many widgets it holds.
Create the board
Click Create on the card you want. The board is built with its widgets and opens straight away. If you installed it before, your existing copy opens instead of a duplicate.
Make it yours
Click Edit, then ✎ to change a widget or ✕ to remove it, or Add widget to pull a metric from the catalog. Click Done when finished. The Filters bar narrows every widget at once, for example to a single pipeline.
Which board answers your question?
| Board | Question it answers | Typical owner |
|---|---|---|
| Sales performance | Won and lost, win rate, deal size and cycle time, per rep and pipeline, against the previous period | Sales manager |
| Pipeline health & forecast | What is open, the shape of the funnel, where deals stall, and the weighted forecast | Leadership and planning |
| Leads & marketing | Where leads come from (sources, campaigns, channels, countries) and which convert | Marketing |
| Conversations & response | Inbound volume, how fast a person answers, bot handovers, who is still waiting | Messaging supervisor |
| Team activity | Calls, talk time, tasks and notes per rep, and open workload per desk | Team lead |
| Service desk | Tickets in and out, first response and resolution times, SLA breaches | Support manager |
| Speed to lead | Minutes to first reply on a new lead, share answered in time, and who is unanswered | Inside sales lead |
| Finance & receivables | Invoiced versus collected, outstanding and overdue balances, age of debt, quotes | Finance |
Flow metrics usually default to the last 30 days and rates that need a larger sample to 90 days; a window chosen in the Filters bar overrides each widget's own. For everything the dashboards can show, see dashboards.
Good to know
- Dashboards are personal. Each user sees only their own boards; a colleague who wants the same board installs it from the gallery.
- Share only copies the page link. It does not give anyone a copy of your board, and Export downloads the layout as JSON, not a report.
- Template widgets are ordinary widgets. Rename, regroup, resize or delete any of them; nothing is locked after installation.
- Need a file in your inbox every week? That is what scheduled reports are for.
Questions
Questions 2
Why are some widgets empty after installing?
A widget shows what your workspace actually holds. Finance & receivables stays empty until you issue customer invoices, and Service desk needs tickets.
Can I install the same board twice?
No. Clicking Create on an installed board opens your existing copy. For a variant, create a New dashboard and add widgets to it.
