Getting started
Sign up for Naffes CRM and create your company's workspace
Creating a workspace in Naffes CRM takes four steps, one question each. At the end you have a sales pipeline, a dashboard and ready templates, plus 14 days of the Pro plan free, with no payment card.
Sign-up steps
Email
Go to
/signupand enter your email. A work address is best, because Naffes suggests your company name from its domain in the last step. If Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft appears, you can use either instead.Code
Enter the 6-digit code sent to your inbox. If it does not arrive, click Send a new code once the countdown ends, or check the address with Change email.
Account
Enter your name and a password of at least 10 characters that mixes letters and digits and is not a common password. Arabic letters are accepted.
Company
Naffes suggests a company name from your email domain under “Is this your company?”. Confirm or edit it, then click Create workspace. With a personal address you are asked “What is your company called?” instead. You can rename the workspace later in Settings.
Wait for setup
The workspace, sales pipeline, sources and industries, dashboard, email and document templates, and region and currency are prepared, then you enter the app.
What you get after signing up
- 14-day Pro trial: every feature unlocked with no usage caps, and no card. Reminder emails arrive 3 days and 1 day before it ends.
- After the trial: the workspace moves to the Free plan; nothing is locked and all data stays. Upgrade any time from pricing.
- Region and currency: country, currency and time zone are set from your browser's time zone; a browser on Asia/Riyadh time, for instance, sets Saudi Arabia and SAR. Change them later in Region & formats.

Special cases

Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. The trial is 14 days of the Pro plan with no card. The days count from the day the workspace is created, and confirming the owner's email is what unlocks Pro.
Does signing up with Google or Microsoft give Naffes access to my mailbox?
No. Sign-up with either provider asks only for basic identity (your name and email address). Mailbox access is a separate step you take later, if you choose to connect your mail.
What happens to my data when the trial ends?
It stays. The workspace moves to the Free plan without locking anything and keeps working within that plan's limits.
