Install Naffes CRM on your phone or desktop
Naffes CRM is a progressive web app (PWA) you install straight from the browser, with no store and no file to download. Once installed it opens from a home-screen icon, full screen, and its notifications reach you even when it is closed.
Install it
Sign in from the browser
Open Naffes and sign in. The install card only appears after sign-in.
On Android, or Chrome on desktop
Wait for the “Keep Naffes on your home screen” card and tap Install. The icon is added at once.
On iPhone
Open Naffes in Safari, tap the Share icon, then choose Add to Home Screen. A card inside Naffes shows these two steps with the Share glyph.
Open it from the icon
Launch Naffes from its new icon; it opens in its own full-screen window with no address bar. The installed app may ask you to sign in once more the first time.
After installing
- Notifications: turn on device notifications under Settings → My Account → Notifications and choose which notification types reach this device. Tapping a notification opens the related page, such as a new customer conversation.
- iPhone in particular: push notifications on iPhone only work once Naffes has been added to the Home Screen, so install it first.
- Phone layout: on small screens the deals, contacts and companies lists become cards, an open conversation fills the screen, and navigation becomes a full-screen tile grid, which makes the inbox practical for replying on the go.
- Updates: new versions download in the background and apply when nothing on screen could be lost. If you are typing, a “A new version of Naffes is ready” message with an Update button lets you choose when.
Troubleshooting

Is there a Naffes app to download from a store?
No. Naffes is a web app you install from the browser on Android, iPhone and desktop, with full-screen use and notifications, no store involved.
Does installing take much space?
No. Only the app shell and static files are cached to speed up loading; customer data is never stored on the device.
