Getting started
Find a contact, deal or settings page with the command palette
Instead of clicking through menus, the command palette in Naffes CRM opens with one keystroke and takes you to any contact, company or deal, or to a specific settings page, after two letters of its name.
Search step by step
Open the palette
Press Ctrl+K on Windows or Cmd+K on a Mac, or click the search box in the top bar. On a phone, open it from the account menu.
Type at least two letters
Type part of a contact, company or deal name, or the name of a page or setting, such as “pipelines”, “imports” or “tags”.
Pick a result
Under Navigate you see matching pages and settings screens, such as “Settings · Pipelines”; below them, records are grouped under Contacts, Companies and Deals. Pick one with the mouse, or with the arrow keys and Enter.

Other top-bar tools
Next to search, the top bar gives one-click access to the workspace switcher, recently visited pages, quick create (deal, contact, company, task, meeting), an instant video meeting, notifications, the AI assistant and the language switch.
Keyboard users get more: in the mailbox, j and k move, Enter opens, e archives, r replies, / searches and ? shows the full list. In the calendar, T jumps to today and M, W, D and A switch the view. In record forms, Ctrl+S or Cmd+S saves. Mailbox and calendar shortcuts work by key position, so they also work on an Arabic keyboard layout. See email for more.
Search limits
- The palette returns up to 8 hits, from contacts, companies and deals only.
- It does not search tickets, tasks, emails or documents; use the search inside each of those pages.

Why do pages appear after one letter but records do not?
Page and settings names match from the first letter, while the search across contacts, companies and deals starts at two. Keep typing and records appear a moment later.
Can I customise keyboard shortcuts?
No. Shortcuts are fixed, and only the mailbox shows an on-screen list of them, with ?.
