Billing
Upgrade or change your subscription plan in Naffes CRM
Changing plans in Naffes CRM happens on one page: choose the billing cycle, apply a coupon if you have one, then pay on Tap's secure page. The new plan switches on as soon as the payment is captured.
Before you start
- Who can do it: the Owner, or anyone whose role has the administer workspace permission.
- What each plan adds: Starter adds email, integrations and the Marketplace, reports, workflows, meetings and documents. Pro adds the help desk, AI features, data quality and forecasting. Current prices are on the pricing page.
- During the trial: every new workspace gets 14 days with everything unlocked and no card, then moves to the Free plan without locking anything. You can upgrade before or after the trial ends.
Steps
Open Billing
Go to Settings → General → Billing (/settings/billing). The Billing & Subscription page opens with your current plan and its status at the top.
Choose the cycle and currency
In Plans, pick monthly or yearly with the billing-cycle toggle. The currency toggle shows prices in SAR or USD for reference, but you are always charged in Saudi riyals, and every plan card states the SAR amount.
Apply a coupon if you have one
Type the code into Enter coupon and click Apply. Each card then shows the discounted price, or why the coupon does not apply to it. A campaign link carrying a coupon applies it for you, and a public offer applies without any code.
Pick the plan
Click Switch to Starter or Switch to Pro. During a trial, an Activate plan button also appears at the top of the page.
Pay on Tap's page
You are taken to the hosted Tap Payments page, where your bank may ask for 3-D Secure. After paying you return to Billing and see Payment captured — subscription active.
Good to know
- No proration: switching plans mid-cycle is not prorated, so time the change deliberately.
- Enterprise is not sold online: Talk to sales opens an email to the sales team for custom pricing.
- Compare before you buy: the Compare plans section under the cards lays out features and limits side by side.
- Renewals: when card saving is enabled, your card is kept for automatic renewal; see managing the saved card and renewals.
Troubleshooting
- Payment declined: try another card or check with the issuing bank; card limits or online-purchase settings are common causes.
- The payment went through, but it is not linked to this workspace: no subscription was activated by it. Contact support with the time and amount of the payment.
- No Switch buttons: your account lacks the administer workspace permission; ask the Owner.
- The coupon does not apply: it may be limited to certain plans, billing cycles or dates, to new customers, or it may have hit its usage cap. The reason shows on each card.
