Connect Google or Microsoft 365 for email and calendar sync
Connecting a Google or Microsoft 365 account to Naffes CRM takes one consent that covers both mail and calendar. From then on, Naffes meetings appear in your calendar, your calendar's events appear inside Naffes, and Naffes can create a Google Meet or Microsoft Teams link for any meeting you schedule.
Connect, step by step
Open Connected Accounts
Go to Settings → Personal → My connections → Connected Accounts. Connections are personal, so each person connects their own account.
Pick the provider
Click Connect Google or Connect Microsoft to go to the provider's consent screen.
Approve the permissions
Sign in and approve the requested mail and calendar permissions. One consent covers both.
Check the account
Back in Naffes, the account is listed as Active with Email sync and Calendar sync. Keep calendar sync on, and click Sync now to pull events immediately.
Add a Google Meet or Teams link to a meeting
- Open Meetings and click New meeting.
- Under Where, choose External link or address.
- Choose Google Meet or Microsoft Teams instead of No link, then save.
- Naffes creates the link on your calendar before invitations go out, so the .ics invite and the optional WhatsApp invite both carry it.
Public booking pages can also use Google Meet as the location. If you would rather keep the call inside the product, choose Video room in the app; see video meetings.
How the sync works

Mirrored events are read-only and visible only to you. Turning Calendar sync off removes the mirrored events from Naffes without touching your real calendar.
Troubleshooting
- No connect button: the platform operator must have registered the Google and Microsoft apps first; contact support.
- Needs re-auth: the consent expired or was revoked. Click Re-authenticate and approve again.
- No Teams link came back: Teams needs a Microsoft 365 mailbox licensed for Teams. Personal outlook.com accounts get no link, and Naffes tells you so rather than substituting one.
- Your organisation blocked the consent: some Microsoft 365 tenants require admin consent for outside apps; ask your Microsoft administrator to approve it.
- You need Zoom: Zoom links are not created; links come from Google Meet or Teams only.

Which plan do I need?
Meetings, calendar sync and email are included from Starter up.
Can colleagues see my personal events?
No. Events mirrored from your calendar are visible only to you inside Naffes.
